This message is intended to clear up any confusion about the renewal process in connection with Yardi 6.0.

You must continue to keep hard copies of RPM approvals on renewal rates and specials and file them in a Renewal Binder. At this time Yardi is not capable of producing a report that shows historical data of what was actually approved. These records are extremely important for fair housing issues and for preventing/detecting theft. Please note that this is NOT A NEW POLICY.
